The Aurora-Adams County Medical Society was officially chartered as a component society of the Colorado Medical Society at its Annual meeting on September 11, 1959.

The Aurora-Adams County Medical Society serves as an advocate for the physicians along the Front Range. The Society’s mission is to promote the science and art of medicine, the betterment of the public health, and the unity, harmony, and welfare of the medical profession and the patient it serves
