  1. Drinking a lot of water makes me bloated and use the bathroom every 5 mins, its so annoying. Also you should buy those facial towelettes and use them right after you work out until you can actually wash your face.

Okay not to be that annoying person who comments this type of thing but if you can find ground chia seeds they're actually waaaaay better for you because you only get the fiber, omegas, etc from chia seeds if you chew them and they're so tiny that you most likely end up just swallowing tre majority of the seeds. ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. When you were saying "dollar coins cool", I was thinking, yes dollar coins? Normal? But then I remembered that in the states you have dollar bills. I love watching youtube and noticing little things like that! And love the duvet cover! ๐Ÿ™‚

    Weather, food, people, shopping, styles of living, political views etcetcetc
    I mean I'm from Ireland and don't intend.on going to either Cali or Dc but I'm sure others are haha

  8. Your chin breakouts might just be from stress too! Like with moving and everything. The chin area is very known to be a "hormonal" acne region, so like your period or stress or anything that throws your hormones off can be related to it! That's where I used to break out and I never understood why because I had clear skin before too. Then I read that and it all made sense to me..I started getting breakouts on my chin in my last year of undergrad and when I was horrible at taking my BC yeah for me it was definitely stress and hormonal crap! So it could be stress? I dunno just thought I'd throw it out there. Anyway, I've been watching you on and off forever Kristee, and I'm so enjoying these fitness/moving vlogs. Keep it up girl! ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿค—

  10. A few weeks ago I read that washing your face before working out helps with acne. I guess it prevents dirt on your face from getting into your pores when they open to sweat. Not really sure if that's the science of it but yea ๐Ÿ˜€

  11. I weigh in every Monday, but instead of putting my current weight I put an average for the week. It tends to show more accurate results over time since your weight can easily fluctuate day to day. I also use Avatar Nutrition and I highly recommend it. There is a monthly subscription fee, but it is totally worth it in my opinion. It basically adjusts your macros for you based on your weight for that week.
